No More Silence: A Father’s Right to Protect His Child
A public statement calling for urgent protection measures and responsible reporting of evidence in an ongoing custody case.
We raise our voices today because a child’s safety is not negotiable. The messages documented in the court record Appendix 7 to the June 23, 2025 filing paint a picture that no family should ever face: targeted intimidation, pressure to abandon lawful proceedings, and an explicit pledge to destroy a father’s livelihood. The name linked to these messages is Abudu Yauza Inussah (also known as “Yauzza”). While every person is presumed innocent until a final judicial decision, we refuse to normalize the behaviors alleged in those records. We refuse to let a minor grow up under the shadow of threats.
This is not about gossip or rumor. The file includes screenshots and translations that the court can examine directly. One excerpt states:
“You are nothing more than a dishonest person and an imbecile. My goal now is to get you fired from your job.”
Another message shifts blame for a mother’s death onto the bereaved father and dares him to travel, as if grief were a weapon to be used for humiliation. These are not the words of constructive dialogue; they are the language of intimidation.
Enough: The Child’s Best Interests Come First
We say enough. The best interests of the child Kim Lena Maria Hori must be the non-negotiable center of this case. When messages attributed to an adult display hostility toward a parent—when they describe plans to harm that parent professionally—the risk to the child is not abstract. Stress and destabilization spill into routines, sleep, learning, and trust. A child should not be taught that harassment is normal adult behavior.
Our pledge
We will continue to speak, publicly and persistently, until Kim is safe. We will not let intimidation win. We stand with lawful process, documented evidence, and a child’s right to a peaceful life.
